FLIP 7: WITH A VENGEANCE FAQs

Order of operations for a Flip Four with Actions:
Flip cards one at a time, up to four total. Stop immediately if you duplicate a number, or Flip 7 Number cards.

      - If you flip a duplicate number card, stop immediately--you bust and discard all cards. Even if you received an Action card, you may not use an Action presented during this Flip Four to save yourself from busting.
      - If you make it through all four cards without busting (duplicating a number), resolve any drawn special cards in the order they were presented. If you choose to play JUST 1 MORE on yourself, flip one more card resolving the action if needed. Even if you bust at that point, you still resolve any remaining Actions from the Flip Four.

What happens if I play a Flip Four on someone who has stayed?
If a Flip Four is played on an inactive player and they do not bust from the four cards, any revealed Action cards must be resolved in the order presented. After resolving all Actions, that player remains inactive for the rest of the round.

Can I bust someone with a Swap Card?
Absolutely! It’s even possible to bust two players if the cards line up just right. For example, if Player 1 and Player 2 each have a 10 and an 11, you could swap Player 1’s 10 with Player 2’s 11—causing both players to bust. Brutal, huh?

What happens if I receive the Unlucky 7 but I already have a 7 in my line?
The Unlucky 7 action takes precedence. If you already have a 7 in your line, you’re actually a little lucky—you’d have to discard all your cards. However, if you receive another 7 after resolving the Unlucky 7 action, you would bust.

Do you HAVE to use an Action card?
Yes. You must use an Action Card if there are valid cards to perform the action.

Example:
In the first round, Player 1 receives a 13 and Player 2 receives a 13. If Player 3 receives a Steal card, Player 3 could give the Steal to Player 1. Player 1 must use the action. Since there is only one other card on the table, they would have to steal the 13 from Player 2, which would cause Player 1 to bust.

NOTE: If an Action card is presented early in a round and there are no valid cards to target (for example, a Swap card), the Action card is discarded.
