How do I contact customer service?

If you need assistance with your order, have questions regarding our product, or are noticing any problems with our site, we would like to know and help.

Where can I buy your games?

Our games are available in a variety of locations in the US and Canada.

Including stores like Target, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Hastings, BAM!, local toy stores, game stores, hobby shops, gift shops, and even comic book stores carry our products. If you prefer to shop online a quick search will provide lots of options.

Replacements

What if I am missing game pieces or rules?

If you purchased the product new from a retailer (not second-hand) and it is missing any parts, please let us know. A proof of purchase is required. Please complete and submit a form located here:

How can I order replacement parts?

Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement parts.

Are game instructions available online?

If rules are available to download for a particular game, a rules link will be listed on that item’s page. We are busy uploading rules to our product pages, so please check back often for updates.

Can I place a phone order?

Sorry, we do not accept phone orders. Please place all orders using our web site.

Can I purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order?

Unfortunately, no. Pre-orders must be purchased as a separate order due to timing and our fulfillment process. You may pre-order multiple of the same item, but multiple individual pre-order items will require their own order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order (or pre-order) has not yet shipped, you may cancel or change your order by contacting customer service. Please complete and submit a form located here:

How can I check the status of my order?

Payments

What types of payment can I use?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover Card).

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. We collect sales tax for orders shipped to all states, except for Montana, Delaware and New Hampshire.

My payment was declined – why do I still have a payment charge on my credit card statement?

For your safety and security, TheOp.games utilizes Address and CVV Services for all our credit card sales. That means if the customer address input here does not match the credit card billing address, the transaction is subject to decline. Unfortunately, even if a transaction is declined due to an Address or CVV Mismatch, the authorization code and the hold on the authorized funds will remain on the customer’s card until the card issuing bank removes the authorization. As a result, the held funds may be subtracted from the customer’s available balance, and an online statement may show the authorization request, which might be mistaken for an actual charge. Most card issuing banks will remove authorizations within 3-7 days if they are not claimed for settlement.

Do I have to register for an account to place an order?

No need to register. You can checkout as a guest if you like. Your contact information will still be required in case we need to follow-up with you.

What if I forgot my password?

From the top navigation select LOGIN and then select LOST YOUR PASSWORD. Enter your email address or username associated with your account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

(Note from October 13, 2021) – Due to the high order volume we’re currently experiencing, you order might be delayed.  Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship until further notice.

Your order will be processed as promptly as possible and will ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with a tracking number once the product has shipped. 

When will my pre-order ship?

Items that are sold as pre-orders will ship by the date specified on the items’ product description pages. (Date is subject to change without notice.) Your credit card will be charged once the inventory is in and we begin processing the order. Once your order is scheduled to be picked-up, you’ll receive an email shipping confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, Usaopoly | The Op Games ships to the United States only.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

No. FedEx does not deliver to APO/FPO and PO Boxes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order can ship only to one address. For multiple addresses, a new order will have to be placed.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and will be processed for shipment by the end of the next business day. Once a product is ready for shipment, estimated shipping times will take effect and you will receive a tracking code. Please note that transit time does NOT include the day your order ships or any order processing time.

We utilize FedEx for residential ground domestic shipments. FedEx will attempt delivery on Monday-Saturday (no deliveries on Sunday). Delivery times range is between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. All orders ship from Plainfield, IN (zip code 46168). Most FedEx ground domestic shipments will be delivered within 5 business days or less.

For Priority Overnight shipments, your order will be delivered the next business day usually by 10:30 AM – note no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

For Standard Overnight shipments, your order will be delivered the next business day usually by 4:30 PM – note no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

For Second Day Air shipments, your order will be delivered in two business day by 8:00 PM – note no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

For Home Ground Delivery shipments, your order will be delivered within five business days.

For Free Ground Shipping, your order may take up to 12 business days.

Can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, the package tracking number will be emailed to you which can be tracked using FedEx.com:

Returns

Can I return my order for a full refund?

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returns/exchanges except for if the item is damaged upon receipt or if an incorrect item was received. A processing fee may be assessed if a return label is provided by TheOp.games.

For orders placed on TheOp.games, the purchaser may return any unopened, like-new, resaleable condition product within 30 days for a refund. If you received an item as a gift, we will gladly exchange your game for another game equal or lesser in value. However, we cannot offer a refund unless the purchaser contacts us directly. Do I need to pay to return an item?

If we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll pay for all shipping costs to fulfill your order. For all other returned orders, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
