Tie-Breaker Clarification:

Compare scoring tokens starting with the most valuable. So if either tied player has the 10-minute timer token they win. If not see who has more of the 5 minute timer tokens, if still tied go to the next token and so on. If the tied players have the same combination of scoring tokens they share the victory.

Slow Play Penalty

If a player is taking too long and the 3 second countdown is up, remove a hummingbird from the longest timer. If the player has no birds in play, they just lose their turn.
